Protein continues to be among the most sought-after nutrients by consumers, but questions remain about optimal intake levels for desired health outcomes. This program will review the most recent scientific knowledge on dietary sources of protein and intake trends and provide an overview of optimal intake levels needed to support metabolic health endpoints including satiety, weight management and muscle health.
