Sindusha Mysore is a final-year PhD candidate in Nutrition Science at Purdue University, working under the guidance of Dr. Dennis Savaiano. Her dissertation examines the physiological and consumer perception intolerance of A1 versus A2 Beta-casein in dairy, spanning a double-blind randomized crossover clinical trial investigating gastric emptying mechanisms, a 12-month longitudinal survey on perceived dairy intolerance, and an in vitro study comparing A1 and A2 beta-casein milk curd properties. Sindusha also serves as an At-Large Delegate for the ASN Student Interest Group (2025–2027).
