Margaret is a postdoctoral scholar at the University of California, Davis where she's examined how dietary B12 impacts gut microbial metabolism in adults. She earned her PhD in Organismic and Evolutionary Biology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and her BA in Biology and Biochemistry from Marlboro College.
