Alex Winter is a doctoral student and Graduate Research Assistant in the Department of Nutritional Sciences at Oklahoma State University. Their research interests center on food insecurity and its relationship with mental health. Winter also has research experience in school nutrition and wellness policy, as well as in the chronic health condition PMOS and its relationship to psychological well-being.
