Lindsey Locks is an Assistant Professor at Boston University, with joint appointments in the Department of Health Sciences at Sargent College and the Department of Global Health at the School of Public Health, where she directs the Global Nutrition Lab. Her research applies implementation science to strengthening and scaling maternal, child, and adolescent nutrition interventions delivered through government health systems in low- and middle-income countries, with active research platforms in Ghana, India, and Zambia. A central thread of her recent work integrates nutrition and infectious disease, particularly the bidirectional relationship between undernutrition and tuberculosis. She has published more than 50 peer-reviewed articles and currently chairs the American Society for Nutrition's Global Nutrition Council (2025–2027).
