Hatice Cetinkaya is a Ph.D. candidate in Epidemiology within the Department of Environmental and Public Health Sciences at the University of Cincinnati. She is also a Presidential Fellow at the University of Cincinnati Graduate College. Hatice holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Izmir Katip Celebi University, Izmir, Turkiye. After she received her master’s degree in nutrition from the University of Cincinnati. Her research focuses on maternal and child health, with a particular emphasis on human milk. She investigates how maternal factors influence human milk composition and production, with the goal of advancing the understanding of lactation and infant nutrition to improve maternal and child health outcomes.
