MONROE TOWNSHIP, New Jersey, United States
I am an undergraduate researcher and honors student at the University of South Florida, currently pursuing a B.S. in Biology through the Judy Genshaft Honors College as part of an 8-year B.S./D.O. combined degree program. I work as a Research Assistant in Dr. Gray's Behavioral Nutrition Lab, where I have contributed to the FRESH-EATS pilot randomized controlled trial examining behavioral and biometric outcomes in childhood nutrition interventions. My research portfolio also includes the Autism-Eats nutrition intervention project for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and the Lotus Food Is Medicine AI initiative, which evaluates the effectiveness of AI-generated dietary planning. I am presenting my FRESH-EATS research at this conference. My broader research experience spans USF's Performance and Physique Enhancement Lab, where I work on studies on reverse dieting and weight-loss resistance in menopausal women published in the Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition. I plan to pursue a career in medicine with a focus on orthopedic surgery.
