I'm a PhD student. My research interests are the interplay between the gut microbiome and the host immune system and how dietary components affect our immune response. My recent project employs chemical-induced colitis and colon cancer as the models to study how structurally different dietary fibers alter the intestinal immune system through the gut microbiome and fibers' fermentation products. I'll graduate within a year and currently looking for postdoc oppoturnities in microbiome.
