I am a postdoctoral fellow at the Indiana University School of Public Health- Bloomington, where I am working with Dr. Kelli Ryckman in maternal-child health epidemiology with a focus on metabolic profiling of preterm newborns, nutrition and growth. During my PhD at Rutgers in Nutritional Sciences I studied metabolism, taste and reward pathways for sugars and non-nutritive sweeteners in humans and animal models. Prior to my academic career, I worked as a registered dietitian in both inpatient and outpatient settings with a specialization in pediatric nutrition.
