Currently, a Clinical Research Fellow at NIDDK's Darcey Lab, supporting clinical study coordination and applying systems-level thinking to understand how dietary components influence energy intake, metabolic, and brain health outcomes.
My research background spans adipose tissue biology, pediatric nutrition data, and omics-informed analyses, grounding my interest in reformulating foods to improve health without sacrificing function or accessibility.
I am especially interested in functional ingredients, metabolic health, and evidence-based reformulation strategies that translate nutrition and food science into real-world impact.
