Desalegn Kuche Goa is a PhD candidate at Oklahoma State University. He is pursuing a dual degree in Nutritional Science from Oklahoma State University and Addis Ababa University in Ethiopia. Goa has been a researcher in nutritional sciences at the Ethiopian Public Health Institute for more than 13 years. In his spare time, he enjoys playing table tennis. In his current role, Goa focuses on the impact of micronutrient deficiencies on maternal health. Goa will be speaking on “UNIMMAP-MMS and IFA with 30 mg Fe did not differ significantly from each other in improving hemoglobin and ferritin among WRA, Somali Region, Ethiopia: Double-blind, controlled trial.”
