Mengjia Zhao is a Ph.D. student in Big Data Health Science at Zhejiang University, specializing in Nutritional Epidemiology. Her research integrates large-scale prospective cohort analysis, metabolomic approaches, and randomized controlled trials to identify nutritional strategies for healthy cognitive aging. She has led multiple international cohort studies examining dietary patterns in relation to dementia risk, and currently serves as the student lead for a cluster-randomized controlled trial evaluating a culturally adapted MIND dietary education program among rural-dwelling older adults in China. Her work has been published in leading nutrition and epidemiology journals, and she has presented at the Alzheimer's Association International Conference and NUTRITION.
