Dr. Gaël Toubon is a postdoctoral researcher at Chalmers University of Technology and Karolinska Institutet. He holds dual master’s degrees in microbiology and public health (MPH), as well as a PhD in epidemiology focused on infant gut microbiome development.
His current research emphasizes data-driven approaches to understanding the role of the gut microbiome in relation to nutrition and human health.
