I am a PhD candidate in the Department of Epidemiology at Rollins School of Public Health working under the advisement of Dr. Shakira Suglia on my dissertation exploring biological aging outcomes in the Hispanic Community Health Study/Study of Latinos. I am interested in biological aging and cardiovascular health outcomes, with a focus on social epidemiology methods and exposures. Other research interests include adiposity, nutrition, stress, trauma, and intimiate partner violence.
