Heather Valentine is a Registered Dietitian with a master’s degree in Dietetics and Nutrition from the University of Kansas Medical Center. She works as a Research Associate in the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition at the University of Kansas Medical Center. In her work on her research team, she has been involved with numerous community-based research projects that aim to increase healthy and affordable food options for vulnerable populations.
