Paige Harrigan is a Postdoctoral Research Associate in the Virginia Family Nutrition Program within the Department of Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise at Virginia Tech, where she is investigating. In 2025, Paige earned a PhD in nutrition policy from Virginia Tech. Paige’s research is focused at the intersection of food and nutrition programs and policy, food systems, decision making and choice, and social and behavior change for improved diets and nutrition security. Her research builds on her over 15 years as a senior-level NGO global nutrition leader in food security and nutrition program, policy, and applied research. Paige also holds a MS in the Social Sciences of Applied Nutrition and Policy from Tufts University.
