Xiangqi (Audrey) is a PhD student in Nutrition Science at the Indiana University Bloomington School of Public Health. Her research interests focus on nutritional epidemiology, metabolomics, and chronic disease prevention, with particular emphasis on the relationships between dietary factors, metabolic biomarkers, and iron metabolism. Through her work, she aims to integrate population-level data, omics approaches, and statistical methods to support evidence-based strategies for disease prevention and health promotion.
