My name is Anthony Dempsey and I am from Framingham, Massachusetts and am a senior Nutrition & Dietetics student at the Univeristy of New Hampshire. My passion lies in sports nutrition and performance, specifically the phsyiological impact nutrition and energy can have on athletes. I have been working on energy availability research in athletes since my freshman year and have developed this project throughout! I preveiously won the Undergraduate Research Conference (URC) Award of Excellence at UNH and have presented at the URC many times!
