Katherine Li is a Scientific Manager at the Novo Nordisk Foundation, where she is responsible for developing and managing scientific projects within the health area, focusing on the prevention and management of cardiometabolic diseases. She holds an HBSc from the University of Toronto, MSc from Colorado State University, and PhD from Wageningen University & Research. Prior to working at the Foundation, Katherine has worked as a researcher on a wide range of projects in nutrition and health, as a Science Manager at Helmholtz Munich, and in scientific & regulatory affairs consulting in Canada.
