Stephanie Wilson, PhD, is an incoming Assistant Professor in the Human Nutrition Program at the The Ohio State University. She is completing her postdoctoral fellowship with the University of California, Davis and USDA ARS Western Human Nutrition Research Center, where she has examined how specific dietary components relate to inflammation, microbial metabolism, and antimicrobial resistance in adults. Dr. Wilson is generally interested in identifying strategies that better leverage diet to promote gut and cardiometabolic health.
She earned her PhD and MS from Montana State University and her BS in Kinesiology from Indiana University.
