Dr. Catherine Prater is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow and Registered Dietitian at Pennington Biomedical Research Center. She earned her Ph.D. from the University of Georgia, where her research focused on cardiometabolic responses to whole food interventions. Her current research interests include lipid metabolism, dietary behavior, cardiometabolic health, precision nutrition, and machine learning approaches to prediciton modeling.
