Despite advances in nutrition science, public health outcomes remain poor. A persistent gap exists between scientific discovery and real-world impact. This panel brings together experts from academia, clinical research, and industry to explore the challenges and opportunities involved in translating nutrition evidence into products, policy, and practice.

Panelists will examine whether the science is sufficiently clear to drive action, what factors influence consumer behavior and behavior change, how personalized approaches may enhance effectiveness, and where the field should go next. The discussion will also explore the role of industry-academic partnerships in accelerating innovation, strengthening evidence generation, and advancing solutions that improve public health. Together, panelists will identify strategies to accelerate the translation of nutrition science into meaningful, scalable improvements in health outcomes.
