This session will introduce artificial intelligence (AI) including what is it, do we use it in our daily lives, and what is the role of AI in the scientific process. Examples of how AI has been used in dietary assessment and analysis (applications) and practical considerations for principal investigators, researchers, and students to manage ethical use of AI will also be discussed.
