Sydney Boudrey, MS, RD, is a Program Associate at the Center for Human Nutrition at the University of Arkansas. As a Registered Dietitian, she supports clinical nutrition research, coordinates human studies, and assists in developing evidence-based educational resources and outreach programs. Her research interests include dietary protein, nutrition literacy, and healthy aging. She is passionate about translating nutrition science into practical and accessible resources that empower individuals and communities to make informed dietary choices and improve health outcomes.
